Very nice location with self-parking. Our second-floor room had a balcony overlooking the pool. 10 minute drive to most downtown activities. Shopping center with fast food across the street. Front-desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Pool towels are available for checkout. On-site Tikibar has a decent local draft selection and excellent (read strong) frozen drinks - (Hey Jeff). Decent fitness center.

The place is clean - room is spacious and the pool and hot tub are clean. We were on 1st floor in Blg C facing the pool, but feels hidden with the vegetation. We had breakfast included - ala carte, not buffet - and were good. There is a pier with nice seating areas, but we didn't use it, it was too hot. It's about 10 mins away from most places in Key West. I'd stay here again.

We were passing through 4 years ago and our stay was just OK. My main complaint was the hotel had a policy of playing very loud music around the pool area all day. This is probably great if you are under 30 years old but pretty irritating if you are the sought of person that likes quiet. Gave it another try…. the music has gone and it’s a very nice place to stay, great breakfast, great staff, Well done , we’ll be back.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and modern. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The rooms have nice balconies and the air conditioning cooled the room exceptionally well considering it in the high 90s during our visit.

The pool and pool bar were great and very clean. The barkeeper was very friendly as well as the staff in every department. The lobby and grounds were very well kept and clean.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants, right off a main street but far enough from busy part of Key West. Front desk staff was friendly.

pool, bar and Jason at the breakfast bar was fantastic along with the women the works with Jason was absolutely wonderful

Really comfortable and big room, good breakfast (when booking with breakfast, you have to get a voucher at the front desk which you can hand in for breakfast) and nice staff. Walking into Key West possible (45 minutes).

We loved the decking that overlooked the water that wrapped around most of property. We were able to walk out of our room and go watch the sunset.
